Before you buy, check what others are saying about their experiences.
I have found that if the salesperson (or more importantly the sales manager) understands that you know how to get on the Internet and post a review of your experience, they will be more inclined to find you a “better” deal.

Chicago Auto Dealers are also rated at DealerRater.com. This car dealer review website, has a “certified” program, where they help track a dealers online performance. Those dealers listed as certified may be more internet savvy, and open to those customers they know read and post reviews.
